a good stay overall
smart room cleaning service spacious room insensitive staff missing bar unmade bed
The hotel room was pretty spacious. i had a beautiful metropolitan city double room. the room was smart, and i could fully control it with a tablet. i really liked the cleaning service. They cleaned and replaced refreshments twice daily without me asking.
I didn't like that there was no bar at the hotel. the bed wasn't. also, the staff was insensitive when we expressed a problem. They made us wait for an hour and a half.

helpful staff smiling doorman great location
i found the staff polite and helpful. ali, the doorman, was always smiling. he was ready to help. the location across from hyde park.
the radiator in the bathroom was on and i couldn't turn it off. i had to call for a technician.

fantastic stay!
blackout curtains luggage assistance turndown service
my room had blackout curtains, and they helped me sleep really well. the staff helped me with my luggage. This made my departure smooth. the turndown service each night was a lovely surprise.
the hotel does not have a bar. i found this out after i came back to the hotel in the evening. i wanted to try a cocktail before bed. this meant i had to change and go out again.
