The hotel room was pretty spacious. i had a beautiful metropolitan city double room. the room was smart, and i could fully control it with a tablet. i really liked the cleaning service. They cleaned and replaced refreshments twice daily without me asking.
I didn't like that there was no bar at the hotel. the bed wasn't. also, the staff was insensitive when we expressed a problem. They made us wait for an hour and a half.

my room had blackout curtains, and they helped me sleep really well. the staff helped me with my luggage. This made my departure smooth. the turndown service each night was a lovely surprise.
the hotel does not have a bar. i found this out after i came back to the hotel in the evening. i wanted to try a cocktail before bed. this meant i had to change and go out again.

The staff displayed friendliness and professionalism throughout my stay. Vasil greeted me with a warm smile. Dula and Gabi efficiently assisted with loading all thirteen pieces of my luggage into the car. The hotel offered a hot ginger drink and biscuits upon arrival as a welcome gesture
